PERHAPS YOUR EXPECTATIONS ARE A BIT UN-REALISTIC.
AFTER ALL IF YOU WERE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING WOULD YOU EXPECT EVERYTHING TO WORK THE WAY IT DID BEFORE (PROVIDE YOU WEREN'T KILLED) WITHOUT SEEING A DOCTOR?
it does sound wierd but you should be carefull my house got struck by lightnig it is really wired as long as your not preagent
Take it to a repair shop and they may can fix it at a reasonable price, but make sure they call you before they fix it and let you know what is wrong and what the cost will be.

Go to Wal-Mart. You can get a 25" stereo tv for under $200 there. While you are there, you need to buy surge protectors for all of your electronics (stereo, TVs, computer, etc). You can get a good surge protector for around $20. Many are guaranteed to protect whatever is plugged into them.
If you are hooked up to cable then I'd say the lightening came in through your cable. If you have something else hooked up with the tv (like a vcr) try running the cable directly into your tv. If it still doesn't work right, then your tuner needs placing & if that's the case-GO LOOK FOR A NEW TV!!
