I have a DPP Twin with one line going to a dual tuner with a DPP seperator and the other going to a 510. I want to add a third reciever. Can I keep one line going to the dual tuner then put a DPP44 swith inline with the other cable then run two more cables, one to the existing 510 and then another to the new reciever. Will this work or do both existing lines from the LNB have to be run through the DPP44
Answer:
I'm not sure I would try it. Dish Network has the model 322 receiver that will control two tvs on two different remotes. You can use two receivers to control 4 tvs. Depending on the dish and the LNB, you may need 2 or 4 cables from the dish with 2 or 4 LNBs.
No. You might be better off switching your lnb or trying a smaller switch because a 44 is expensive and you will need a power inserter also. Used to do tech for dish now billing you can call dish network they can let you know if you can trunk switches (i'm sure just cant remember what) which one to get and the prices.
