My Television will not take numbers back to back. What can I do?

I have found the V-Chip reset code but I can't punch it it. My television does not read a number back to back. By that I mean when I try to put the number 11 it only takes the 1. It doesn't take the second 1. What can I do?

lol. try hitting 10+ then thenumber 1 that should do it.
if that dont work... then et into your toolbox and graba hammer. then smash the f*ck out of it!!
