Help does anyone know how to turn a child lock off on a TV??

Its a Mitsuibishi about 10 years old maybe. Cant get into any TV menus as the TV is doing nothing!

I think you just let them watch but there must be a time table which control all thing.And they have to obey it.You have been a child anh i wuold like you to understand.
this can only be done from the remote im afraid, time for a new one?
