Hooking computer to TV?

I don't have S-Video on the back of my computer. I know there are other ways to connect. What is generally the most cost-effective way?

Most cost effective is usually to buy a graphics card for your pc that has a tv-out function. If you dont want to do that get yourself a scan convertor from someone like AverKey.
