I'm not too sure if the Apple Tv records things or not - you may want to check on that. I did not see that when I went to apple's site.
However, concerning whether that website is legitatimate - it definately is ... Those giveaway sites are actually all legititmate. In most cases you just have to fill out 2 or 3 offers and then you will get your free item whether it be a tv, phone or gift card. The offers vary from site to site. The company giving the items away make money off of referrals which is how they can give these products away once you fill out the required offers. Again - they are for real just like anything - read the fine print so you know exactly what you need to do to get your free item.
