Which of these two FLAT LCD HD Ready TV's would you buy/ think is best?

These two TV's are pretty simular but which one would you buy/ think is best?

The first 1.But you really shouldn't buy from a company thats not famous.Go with an LCD FDTV from Samung if thats too much money for you then get a CRT TV from them.
Philips sounds better but mostly all the screens are manufactured at the same place so figure out which one looks better and if one over the other has a better warranty
