Big Lots has a 32" HDTV on sale for $599.00 it's a Spectrum. Any feedback would be appreciated.?
Answer:
It might be okay, but I suggest that you find a name brand deal somewhere. You almost always take a chance with reliability, features, and overall quality when you go for the cheapest brand -even with HDTVs.
I would much rather see you go with the Akai 32" I believe is still on sale and selling at Radio Shack for just $100 more. That's a very good HDTV and Akai has been around for decades. I have the 37" version, and it's awesome!

u should go to big lots & buy it if u want it. i thoroughly enjoy my HDTV, but mine is an Olivia
You can usually get an Olevia or other brand such as that that is a step up from the Spectrum in that lcd 32 in size at Circuit city or best buy for the same price on sale and with much better customer service if something goes wrong with it.
My experience has been that you get what you pay for. There is a reason the price is so low. Think about it. Or, wait until there's a problem and see how much support you get. "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price has been forgotten."
There are better brands like olevia and scott at the same price at other electronics stores like radioshack, circut city, and best buy. go to one of those first- it's not that great of a deal
buy it it has high definition on graphics.
