LG plasma versus LCD?

Hi I am looking at purchasing a 106cm TV and am looking at an LG Plasma, can somebody tell me which is a good model and were I can get a great price, I have read that somebody has gotten a price of $1399? I also want it to have the HD built into the TV thanks
