Thanks,

Answer:
It's also called a "DC blocker". If you're in Sacramento, CA, there's a nifty little electronics store that sells them: http://www.metro-electronics.com...
If you can't find one at Radio Shack (most of them around here are having troubles), then you can get them online just about anywhere. http://www.hometech.com/video/atten.html...
I never heard there is power supply in a coax cable. Thare are two conduct lines in a coax cable, the copper line in the center is the signal line transmitting video signals, the voltage is usually below 1V, another line is like the web wrapped outside, it provide ground connection of signal source and destination.
If you want to connect 2nd TV, you need a 1-to-2 splitter. It's easy to buy in any TV shops, very cheap. (Please note, you should pay extra money to cable program provider for adding the 2nd TV connection. )

That's for an Coaxial DC decoupler...
OR GOOGLE "Coax DC decoupler"
IF YOU WANT TO BUY LOCALLY...
Radio Shack is about the ONLY store that may carry it.that's their specialty, ADAPTORS. But you may have to order it, even from them, because that is a UNIQUE adaptor.
