How do they run cable lines?

Hey,

How do the cable companies run wires through the walls, after about 4 feet, how do they continue stringing it across 20-30 feet etc. It seems like after you cant push the wire any more, it would become hard to keep it running through the wall.

Answer:
The horizontal cable runs are routed through the attic or crawl-space. For obvious reasons walls are almost always restricted to vertical cabling runs.
