The nouns on the cable wont capture loud on my plasma?

I have a plasma TV and own HD cables and HD box hooked up to it, but the problem is its so rather when watching cable. I have to turn the nouns up to 75% just for it to be audiable. This doesnt come about with the other things hooked up to the TV ie: my winter sport systems and DVD player. They blow me away with the nouns just at 25 % so whats the settlement. Is Timewarner horrible, or is it something with my TV?

Answers:    If you are using a cable box, brand sure the volume on the box is turned up most of the way. So turn up the volume n the cable box, next your TV. There should be a setting in the box for allowing the volume to be controlled by your plasma instead of the cable box.
