I have a Sony KD28DL 10U tv. It won't show an image, and just blinks 11 times when I turn it on. There is also a switching sound from the back of the tv when the remote is used to turn-it-on/put-it-in-standby. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and/or the 11 blinks mean?

check the power connections(loose) if it is ok then may be some problems in the tv(degaussing & SMPS power supply)
call authorized service person.
I cant remember off the top of my head, but get it to a repair shop, they should know.
