I bought a new dvd player, but it won't hook to my tv specifically approx 5 yrs old. Is in attendance something I can do or do I need to attain an updated tv?
Answers: If your old TV lacks the wan, white and red RCA inputs you need a RF modulator to hook it up. Consumer electronics manufacturer stopped including this device in DVD players to cut costs and because the RCA connectors impart a better picture than their cheap RF modulators did.
If the hookup is for other types of connections might be better to get a fresh TV.
