What's the difference between Digital Comb Filter & Digital 3-Line in TV?

A Digital Comb filter is used to isolate Luma from Chroma in analog TV. It can be 2D or 3D. If it is 2D and uses 3-lines of pixels, then it can be a 3-Line TV filter.
