Can a CRT tv get screen burn?

I saw Sharp TVs at the airport and saw some of them have screen burns...

Yes, a prolonged stationary bright image such as schedules in airports can, and do, "burn" the phosphors. That's why screen savers were invented... either to keep the image moving around or to lessen the brightness. I've seen this quite a bit in the older CRT type projection TVs where the customer would leave the cable channel guide or stock tickers up for extended periods of time.
Yes. The early Cathode Ray Tubes burned holes in the centre as they were turned off. Modern CRT circuitry should prevent that, but I guess there are some cheapies about.
You bet. If you show the same pattern on the screen, the phosphor gets burned more quickly than normal.
