I have been considering buying a 32" SDTV television. Any recommendations on maker and model?



Answer:
As long as you buy a KNOWN brand name that has been around for 20 years you'll be OK in your purchase.

The ones we have problems with are names like ILO, APEX, VIORE, OLEVIA, etc..these names are really NEW NAMES and unfortunately just don't have service or part available !!

That's because they are CHINESE throw aways..

good brands are the ones you see in most stores though I Recomend Sony, Panasonic, Samsung(bastard child of SONY),Toshiba(bastard child of SONY), Phillips/Magnavox, RCA, Pioneer, Sharp and ViZIO (bastard child of Viewsonic Computer Moniters) if you can, go for one of the CRT 30 in widescreens with 720p and 1080i upscaling
get a jvc d sries tv it is the best
