My electric went out and now my TV screen is all purple?

My electric went out while watching the TV, and when i put it back on my TV screen was all purple, well the edges to be exact, the middle seems fine, does anybody have any idae how I could fix the prolem

your TV may have permanent damage to it. Get a power center next time.
that is normal!just unplug the TV for 5 minutes and it will be fine.
