I am shopping for an LCD HD TV. Don't want to spend a fortune, which rules out a lot of the established brands. Also don't want to buy crap though.
I found two in the $600 range, a Vizio VX32L HD and an Olevia 527V.
Obviously, I know that the Vizio has the better screen size but what is the better TV?

Honestly? Neither. They're each one of those 'you get what you pay for' brands with zero support, poor quality, and lousy design/serviceability. So, to answer your question, best bet is either toss a coin or just pick the one that looks best to you. From then on, you're on your own... literally. Good luck.
