Answers: Your PC needs to hold either SVGA or Composite Video outputs, and be set to PAL for correct colour contained by the UK..
You should be able to win a lead to connect this to a scart socket.
Alternatively, within may be a converter that you can buy that will convert standard VGA signals to a scart socket.
i dont think you can next to them, but if you got lcd beside pc input you be sorted
