Sky remote relief?

the red light comes on when i press the button on my remote control but it won turn over the channel on my sky box can anyone help please gratefulness


Answers:    You can press the sky button on the top of the remote,if that doesn't work you will have to power down the sky box and check out of it off for 60 second and turn it back on again ,usually the remote will work afterwards,sometimes the box locks up and refuses to observe the controller! lol Even try to change the battery if all else fail
