Sky problem - switching channels?
The only time this did it on my old tv was when I had programmed a certain channel to start in thesky menu for auot select. I rang sky and they said it must be the tv. But I said if that was the case the tv would always search for scart 1 and it still did it when I put sky to scart 2. Its as though they sky box emits an intermittant signal to the tv. This mainly happens when the adverts come on. Anyone else had this problem. Could it be that my tv is more sensative to signal imput or is it a fault with the skybox.

If that dont work then just turn sky of by the socket
if you have a sky repair warranty still in force under the 1 year period ask sky for an engineer to call,if you havant then its worthwhile taking sky's own repair warranty out and wait for the qualifying period to expire and then tell them its a new problem and ask for the engineer to call,word of warning do not touch any other service as they claim its not covered and only allow a certain number of call outs.
I am no expert but does this still happen when you disconnect all the other things ? Check on the Sky instructions how to connect other items and follow exactly, although it looks like you have connected them right to me. Failing that ask an engineer to call out, [not Sky] there are usually people in yellow pages or the local paper. Good luck...
This is quite common believe it or not..Now do you have an energy saving lightbulb?...i thought so, very strange i know but it emits the same signal, replace with a differnt make or standard bulb and it will never switch on on its own again!
