How can we set our tv's, vcr's etc for the March 11 daylight svings time change ?

As some of you may know, daylight savings time has been moved up by two weeks beginning March 11 2007. I'm wanting to know how can we set our tv's vcr's etc to change on March 11 2007 automatically.

I change mine manually every year anyway. My manuals have easy set-ups for that. I think the cable box may do it itself anyway. Someone at Rogers does it.
