Calibrating a LCD HDTV?

what is the best way to calibrate a LCD HDTV ? Ihave seen a website that sell DVDs to help you calibrate your tv, also some websites have instructions for adjusting your TV.

Has anyone tried either of the methods

Monster made a disc with ISF that works pretty well. I did a test with it and professionally calibrating a Sony XBR3. If you take your time you will see that you get about the same results at about a tenth of the cost.
