What do I need to do to connect my PC to my TV?

I've been reading about orb.com and things like that and I would like to hook my computer to my tv so I can watch items from my computer in my livingroom. What equipment do I need?

Answer:
This will depend on your computer.

If you purchased a computer in the past few years it should have a s-video or composite video cable by or close to the cable you currently connect your monitor.

You can see what those cables and connections look like here:

Simply connect that to the TV and it will work for you. If you don't have either of those you may want to look at upgrading your video card at: http://shopping.yahoo.com or http://ebay.com and search for video cards.
You need an HD15 VGA cable. It will need to be male on the computer end and I believe also male on the monitor end (male to male), but check the monitor before you order.

(I assume you have an LCD TV). If it's just a regular TV then there will be a lot more required)
A couple of inexpensive cords from Radio Shack and some know-how, and you'll be up and running! This page will show you everything you need to know.
depends on your Tv and your Video card(s)
