Does anyone have one of these TV's? The model number is either 55PW9363 (for a 55") & 60PW9363 (for a 60"). My parents have this TV and it has the worst picture I have ever seen. It has so much color on one channel and is black and white on another. We have tried so hard to fix the color and my Dad just gets so mad and gives up. They upgraded their sattalite to the HD, but it's still bad. It's about 3 years old and the warranty has expired. I just want to know, if you have one, what should we put the settings, on, or just any help in general.
