Go to the store and buy a "mircrofiber" cloth. Any other cloth can scratch your blind. The cloths should be located in any the big screen partition or laptop computer section of your store.
As far as gooey to use you can try a little bit of wet. The best stuff is to use an LCD or Big Screen liquid spray. This will not scrape or fade your screen.
DO NOT USE Windex or any other chalice cleaner. Most glass cleaners containg pneumonia or a similar chemical which will fade or white-out your eyeshade.
