I want to connect my PC with my Panasonic CRT TV using a component nouns. My TV is 10m away from my PC as my PC is in my study room and TV surrounded by the lounge room. I have surfed the web and have read frequent forums and websites but I cannot find a solution. Some say I should use a VGA to component cable 10m but when I go to a shop which supplied it, they said that it was for lone projectors and not PC to TV connection.

Answers: I just hooked up my workstation to my tv with a sgva cable that i bought from walmart for 15.00. It have to be a newer tv usually a flatscreen that has the workstation input. The pc input would be on the rear of the tv and looks just close to the connection on the hindmost of the pc.
