Sony wega backside projection lcd?

I was given a sony wega flipside projection 55" lcd tv made in 2004. It have a lot of blue dots on the blind and a yellow patch on the not here side of the screen. Otherwise it is within perfect condition. Is this fixable or cast-offs. Thanks

Answers: Fixable with big cost. Because this defect come from optical block something burn inside optical block.
