My tv used to work until last week when suddenly the eyeshade went black and you could lone hear the sounds. My dad fixed the tv up, and everything was working fine until this morning and again when i turned it on it get screwed up again. this time it doesn't turn on at all--no visual no sounds....what's wrong? is it something approaching the tv tube is messed up or something---if so, how come it worked temporarily for a few days after getting messed up?
Answers: Ask your dad what he did to fix it before and if it is imagined to be the cause again. Black blind and no pics or sound doesn't usually bode resourcefully, but like the previous poster say, make sure any SCART lead and RF leads are contained by, and that everything is switched on!
Does the standby light come on when you turn it on? Have you checked the fuse surrounded by the electrical plug?
Make sure it's plugged in...
