Popping and clicking noises coming from vizio tv?

Probably not, but undiagnosable from here. Take advantage of your warranty, while you have one. Once it runs out, you may be screwed for parts and/or service on Vizio, per some of the TV techs who post here.
If you just bought it by all means return it to the store you purchased it from. Most stores have a 30 day return policy. If you check your manufacturer's warranty it could be anywhere from 90 days to 1 year. With Vizio being an off name brand (I call them mongrels) you will have a hard time finding a service center who is authorized or willing to touch that tv.
If you do return it the tv you may want to seriously consider getting a better name brand.
