I have a Toshiba Tv. Whenever I turn it on it have a message lamp brightness. The color is pinkish purple. How do I find my picture back?? Please backing.
Answers: You might have a impossible lamp.....
But later again, it could be caused by a impossible Ballast too.....
My suggestion is to contact a local service center and have them come to your home to verify it....
And preferably a Toshiba Authorized servicer....
