I own a 1998 37" Mitsbishi Tube TV I turned it on and adjectives I grasp is a scrawny column of color is it worth fixing?

Answers:    I have a 1994 35" Mitsubishi tube TV and when that happen to mine about 7 years ago it cost me almost $450 to fix. Now its starting to mess up again. its showing red shadows on the screen. I mull over its time to get a HDTV. Its up to u if u want to fix a 10 year hoary tv.
Have a repairman come and give an estimate...usually below a hundred. I fixed an old 46" for 230.00 including the "house send for," and it works fine.
