How do i get my Sylvania to go to video mode?

I lost my remote and can't seem to get my Sylvania TV to go to video mode. The only buttons the tv has on it are the on/off button and menu button. I've searched literaly everything in the menu and nothing works? Anyone have a Sylvania that knows a trick or am i stuck having to buy a universal remote?
