How is it done?

there is this huge TV at a traffic fork showing a stream of prerecorded adverts- how is this done? think supportively - though it looks easy at first , when it comes to truly getting it done it's a whole different story- at smallest to me. please number the steps ex-
1. get a voluminous TV
2. blah blah .....


also where can you buy such a huge TV contained by the first place? each side is give or take a few 12 feet. can anyone bestow me the names of companies who vend such big TVs?

Answers:    The TVs are LED display screen similar to home TVs, but they are waterproof, and the pixel size is much larger than a home TV. We don't spot this because we are far enough from the eyeshade, just approaching we don't notice the lines on an aged analog TV if we are far enough from the peak, but we see them when we get close.
