Moving TV to new location in my livingroom but there is no cable outlet there.?

What is the best way to relocate my TV without having to pay big bucks to have Comcast come out and move the connection? Thanks

Answer:
All you need is to unscrew the cable from the wall plate (if it is set up this way & allows you to do so) & replace it with a longer cable. Or if it's fed directly through the wall with no wall plate to screw into then you can put an inline splice ( F-81 connector) on your existing cable & add what ever length you need.
Or if you want 2 permanent hookups you can trace your existing line back to the outside wall or basement, then split the line(using a 2-way splitter) & drill a hole to where you want it set up in the L/R & run your new cable line here.
You can buy a splitter which you can buy at any electronic store and u can connect that to the existing outlet and just run a longer cable to the location of your T.V.
