Plasma isn't used for smaller television sizes. You are going to want to go with an LCD if you are looking for a 20-25 inch flat panel.

Another thing to consider is that for under 25", LCD technology is far superior to plasma technology. It's brighter, sharper and cheaper.
IMNSHO, a 20" plasma tv is a classic example of the old saw "Trying to use the Queen Mary to cross a creek".
Don't get sucked in with "buzzword marketing".
