Connect DVD to LCD TV?
I already have this connected using a scart to scart head. What I want to do is connect the DVD to LCD using Scart to Component in on my TV, the components on the fund of my TV are (Pr, Pb, Y) sometimes these components can be labeled ( Y, B-Y, R-Y) or (Y, Cb, Cr).
I have search the net and found a few cable, but have also found a converter. Does anyone know the best and correct solution. Do I call for a converter or will a lead do. If so where on earth is the best place to buy one.
My TV is a 37" Samsung LE37R8.

Answers: Make sure that the DVD and the TV are both set for RGB. If you are singular using composite video you will see a big improvement contained by picture quality. You will not bring a significantly better picture by converting RGB to component.
You will need a honest SCART lead, the completely cheapest do not isolate all the signals carried contained by the lead and they can crosstalk into the hallucination. Don't pay loads of money for one, only just the cheapest that says "individually screened"

You can simply use HDMI is both the TV and the DVD player have ports for them. There are no coverters for S-video to HDMI. If the DVD player does own the port then you can take the cable at any major retailer websites, such as walmart.com or bestbuy.com. HDMI cable carry both audio and video so you one and only need one cable for the nouns.
