You must be made aware that the government has not yet required anything under 27" to have the ATSC digital tuner, yet. If you want true HD in a set that small you should make sure the tuning system is capable of tuning the digital signal. If you have a HDTV cable box, or satellite receiver, it will not matter, since the box does the tuning for the TV. Samsung is a fairly good set these days, I would never have thought I would say that 10-15 years ago. They were junk back then. Now they have a great parts and support network, and a fairly well designed set. I own a 42" Samsung now, for what that's worth.
