Is here a site to keep under surveillance satelite channel and others for free?within the internet?-ert sit is the culvert?

I am looking for ages to find a site like this but i cant! But i am sure that in attendance must be one....
I used to watch throuht wwitv - which according to copious people who voice they know , it is a site real free and can find channel to view from the full world...But the one i want does not work any more....Please help me guys!-the site i really exactness to watch is the ert sit.....
