Damaged television diagnosis?

my tv is red all accross the acreen with diagonal lines, is this easily fixed

Could be as simple as a resistor or as much as a new picture tube.

50/50 depending on what brand.
It is a problem in TV video-driver and it is easy to fix by someone with knowledge in electronics.I saw the answer you received and it is right.The tube can be a problem too.
