Panasonic crt CT32G23 SERVICE MENU?

This is a 32"1998 model
need to fix the blind pincushion.
Where can I find service menu instructions ??
how do I acess the SERVICE MENU ?

Answers:    Oh, you're going to abominate this.....

When you see pincushioning, the pincushion circuit has slipshod. The service menu will not fix it at all.....

Most expected you'll find the pincushion amp and the resistor that supplys voltage/signal to it is bad...and later the Pin diode could also be shorted.

As for the service adjustment, I'd keep the artistic settings and avoid changing the background.
