Hi, I have a 42 inch plasma screen, which i believe to be running at 60 hertz?
my high def STB is also set to 60 hz and they are both at 1080i... but, my screen flickers every 2-3 seconds, if im watchin a dvd it is perfect, only on hd or sdtv..
can anyone help me?
Answer:
try to switch your set top box to a lower resolution for example 720i or 720 or even lower. if it then becomes ok then it would mean that something is wrong with STB because your dvd player is ok

My TV has a single horizontal line across the screen unless you hit the side, then it works for a few seconds.
