My DVD player (Philips DVDR3570H) outputs PAL or NTSC depending on the DVD disk I play. However, my old TV merely accepts PAL output. I requirement some device which will site between the DVD player and TV and convert any NTSC signal to PAL. Is such a device available? What alternatives do I have? Any abet.

There are NTSC-to-PAL converters available. Pay a bit of money and bring back a decent one.
