Top & bottom portion of my tv blind is black. viewable contained by the center solely.how can I correct the problem?
Answers: most likely your box is a 4:3 aspect and you are viewing something broadcast in 16:9 aspect ratio. In that armour, it's quite middle-of-the-road. Even on a 16:9 television it can be average based on the aspect ratio of what you're watching.

Those are widescreen bar thats a good point. You actually see more, as defy to full screen which crops the picture. If you don't want yawning screen bar you can zoom in, or seize an inferior standard TV.
