Which of the following LCD TVs would you go with?

I am looking to purchase an LCD tv, 26". I am looking at 2 but dont know which would be the better buy. Prices are close. Which would you chose?

PHILIPS 26PF5321D
26-IN Integrated LCD HDTV widescreen flat TV Pixel Plus, Integrated HDTV 1366 x 768p, HDMI, USB Connector for easy, instant multimedia playing

OR

SHARP AQUOS LC-26SH10U
26" HDTV LCD TV, HDMI Input, 16:9 Aspect Ratio LCD Panel, 800:1 Contrast Ratio, 170x 170 Viewing Angles, 1366 x 768 Pixel Resolution

I am leaning towards the sharp Aqous. Is phillips a better brand? all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Answer:
I went with a Sony Bravia. My experience (over 25 years repairing TVs professionally) has been that Philips cuts too many corners. Sharp is okay, but neither is as good as a Sony. I'm not just saying that because I own one, either. Sony is better in virtually every way.
I would go with the Philips 26PF5321D, but like you said they are almost the same.
They both suck, it's better to go import on this one.
go with the Sharp it has a faster processor more vivid colors and a higher pixel count for a more refined picture
