Can I fix my tv?

My friends and I were playing beside magnets. One of them put one one the screen and when we turned it on the color be all messed up. Is within any way I can fix it?


Answers:    I hold answered this question a hundred times but since you are fresh to this I will do it again if only to accumulate you from a crop of idiots who will tell you that your tube is " Shot " or achieve a new TV.
Ok later this usually works ...Switch set of at wall ( not with remote ) give up your job it off for 20 minits afterwards switch back on again . You may find the problem is fixed.
Doing the above forces the sets auto degauss to operate thus demagnetising it.
If you still own trouble then try it a couple more times afterwards if no joy after that phone call a TV Tech to come and de-gauss the set manually .
