New HDTV problems?

I just get a new HDTV and the picture is amazing next to my xbox 360. But my regular non-hd satalite picture does not look right. It's good this fuzzy look to it. Why and how do I fix it?

Answers:    It's scale the image from 480p to 720p or 1080p (HDTV's home-grown resolution). If you can imagine, this is cause the pixels to stretch which would create fuzzy images. Analog TV stations are low talent, low resolution and poor reception. That is the problem with applying behind the times technology to new technology.

Unfortunately, you hold to deal next to it until you upgrade to HD and all stations be in motion HD.
Well unfortunately oodles times standard definition appears to look worse on HDTVs because all of the flaws contained by the signal are clearly visible. You may want to experiment beside your satellite receiver's output settings and see which output resolution looks best on your tv for standard definition channels. (Also if you haven't already, form sure you have the satellite heir hooked up with component video cable or HDMI, of course).
