Is there a cheap ATSC tuner/converter for my NTSC TV?

I'd like to try receiving over-the-air digital TV on my old analog set. Are there any inexpensive digital (ATSC) tuner devices that will down-convert to something my old TV will handle. I have RF, s-video, and composite inputs (but not component). I know I won't get the HD resolution, but I just want to check out the digital channels.

Answer:
You are not the only one who wants to do this. Apparently, such a device is being developed as we speak. Read this:

The now defunct VOOM satellite boxes (Model DSR550) have an ATSC tuner built into them.I bought one for $75 (w/shipping)
and that unit gets all LOCAL HD STATIONS.

Plus it comes with COMPONENT (HD) and Standard Video Composite (SD) connectors for Low Def TVs.

Go to E-Bay and type in VOOM or DSR550
