What freqencies will the brand new digital TV be operating on contained by 2009 ?

What are the technical specs for the channel frequencies(hertz) ,signal make up, etc. for the digital TV ?Where can I find further information on the methodical aspects of the digital TV?

Answers:    The frequencies will be the same as analog channel 2-51 after 2/17/09. Currently they are being broadcast on duplicate frequencies as analog channels 2-69.

Digital stations own the same bandwidth, however unlike the analog system, digital stations can use bordering RF channels.
Each digital tube can transmit one than one program at the same time.

Unlike the analog system, you can't describe what RF frequency a digital broadcast is on basedagainst the channel number. Stations of late keep using their ripened analog channel # beside sub-channels. If you look up your location at a place like www.tvfool.com you can find out the "RF" or "Actual" concentrate.

In North America the ATSC digital system is used for over the air broadcasts. It uses a MPEG-2 encoding method. The ultimate link below have the technical specifications.
